This is a private, non-commercial website. It's a personal hobby project — photography, notes on vinyl records, and the occasional thought — and it doesn't sell anything, run ads, or accept payment for content.

Why this page exists. Austrian law ties formal disclosure duties to commercial activity (§ 5 E-Commerce-Gesetz) or to media with editorial content aimed at shaping public opinion (§ 25 Mediengesetz). Neither really applies to a small personal page like this one — it likely qualifies as a "kleine Website" under § 25 MedienG, which only calls for the operator's name and place of residence. This page is published anyway, in the spirit of transparency.
